In Partnership with 'E.ON Drive' We are proud at Tugby Orchards Business Centre to offer from 10th June more EV charging stations than any other Business Centre or Office complex in the county.


With 6x Ev charging points available for both tenants and visitors to Tugby Orchards and Cafe-Ventoux we are now able to offer quick charging and long term charging.

The charge rate is set by E.ON Drive at a very low 25p/kwh  

Using either the E.ON Drive App, which can be downloaded you can set up an account or you can use PAYG via a credit card which can be accessed on a phone at

Six New EV Charging Points 

In response to the The Covid -19 Epidemic and the anticipated changing needs in Social Distancing within the work place we have evaluated the need for smaller office work spaces to compliment our existing larger 'Business Suites' at Tugby Orchards.


The result of this evaluation is the development of our  smaller 'Work Space Suites' ideal for both small businesses and companies looking to provide an alternative office work space for their independent working 'colleagues' within a professional business space environment. 

We will be creating sixteen individual 'Work Space Suites' 

within our Valley View Building. Each Suite will be circa

200sq ft, ideal for one/ two person working. Each suite will have independent air conditioning, super fast broadband and private tea and coffee making areas.

Of course being part of the community at Tugby Orchards, Business Centre enables each client to benefit from  EV Charging points, the Nationally recognised Cafe Ventoux serving great coffee, breakfasts and lunches and with a large outdoor space great to meet friends and family, onsite video Security, Free parking and the stunning views and vista that all tenants enjoy.
