Our goal is to design and maintain a facility that combines the picturesque setting and wellbeing benefits of the countryside, with the sharp, modern feeling of a high-end city centre business location.

Set within 10 acres of the scenic Leicestershire countryside, our office suites are designed to encourage positive work efficiency within a stress-free environment. This is why all of our office suites have beautiful views of the surrounding scenery and let in plenty of natural light to help our clients strike that healthy balance between work and wellbeing.

Orchard House

Orchard House is designed as a modern, state-of-the-art facility with contemporary design flourishes.
Currently this building consists of eight 416sq ft individual offices and two 500sq ft offices over two floors. Each office can be linked to create a suite upto 1664sq ft in size. Each individual suite is fully equipped with individual air conditioning/climate control, shared welfare facilities and Ultrafast broadband.

Cherry Shed

The Cherry Shed has planning for use as an office or retail. With a total of 3000sq ft of usable space across two floors, the building has a staff kitchen, two showers and welfare facilities.
The main area is a large open plan office on the ground floor, with two additional meeting rooms to encourage collaboration and inter-team relationships, as well as separate offices on the first floor.

FLEX Business PODS

We’ve recently launched our one person FLEX Business PODS, which consist of a dedicated workspace with a desk/chair/internet and have covid safe clear screens between each pod, therefore ensuring the greatest degree of inter desk interaction, if needed with full covid protection. Currently situated within our Orchard House building, the pods will move into the COVID-secure Shared Workspace suites of the Orchard View building upon completion.

We have ten 200sq ft workspace suites available over two floors in our Orchard View building, with the addition of a 1000sq ft conference space, all of which contain independent air conditioning, Ultrafast broadband and private refreshment facilities.

Valley View – (Under Construction)

This two story building will have a total of 3000sq ft of usable space. Incorporating both ground and first floor areas the incoming client will be able to input into the internal design and layout.
